.**Primary Location**: Mexico - USAWe are seeking a Tactical Sourcing Specialist to join the screening product line team in West Region. As a Tactical Sourcing Specialist, you will play an essential role at Screening Business Line, by ensuring the seamless flow of pricing information to our Sales Team based on quotations and pricing data. In this role, you will report directly GQS & Tactical procurement Manager - You collaborate closely with country and business line (BL) sourcing, global quotation support teams, global logistics operations, and external suppliers.This position is mainly located in NCA, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. However position, it involves up to 30% of travel.Team you belong toYou will join a team who are responsible for sourcing both capital and aftermarket screening items dedicated to deliver the best possible service, who are passionate about further developing a sustainable and responsible supply chain, that strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers and stakeholders, making us easy to deal with. We are currently building the team in to unify the supply chain to utilize suppliers for both capital and aftermarket, with a regional closer to the customer approach.What you'll doSupport sourcing activities in collaboration with country sourcing and BL sourcing.Ensure execution of sourcing strategy through a predefined supply base.Drive systematic use of sourcing processes, tools, systems, and policies.Align the use of sourcing tools and systems with key stakeholders.Participate in supply base development and separately defined sourcing projects.Manage supplier cooperation within the predefined supply base.Translate stakeholder business requirements into timely and cost-effective sourcing actions.Identify and communicate business needs (e.G., GQS teams, product lines) to country sourcing and BL sourcing, driving systematic process and cooperation development with stakeholders.Who you areBachelor's degree in Procurement or related field.Strong technical competence, including reading and understanding technical drawings.Prior experience in sourcing, purchasing, or item management, preferably related to spare parts.Proficiency in SAP and Office tools.Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process.Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and programs.Self-motivated, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What's in it for youAn inspiring purpose - Enabling sustainable modern life.
