**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to be part of this amazing and fast - growing fintech to make sure we bring the best talent to join Clip while sustaining our culture and fast-paced growth.
As a brand ambassador of Clip, this person should thrive in an ever changing environment, transmit the passion of being a Clipper and live the company's values inside and outside its walls.
**What will I do**:
- Own the end to end cycle of the recruiting process
- Collaborate and communicate with business teams to fully and clearly understand hiring needs.
- Consult and influence business stakeholders.
- Connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Creative mindset, adaptable, problem solver, able to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.
- Proficient in the use of job boards.
