Talent Acquisition Analyst

**Job Functions**Provides support to NRFM Talent Acquisition team on a daily basisBuilds strong relationships with the client (Primary Recruiter) through understanding of Talent Acquisition business processes and position requirementsSupports transactional elements of recruitment lifecycle in accordance with Service Level Agreements and the Primary RecruiterWorks collaboratively with stakeholders for a successful end-to-end recruitment process.Utilizes appropriate HR systems (Workday, Outlook, Excel) and other tools to execute daily recruitment support tasksCommunicates effectively and frequently with primary recruiterMaintains a customer service orientation in all interactionsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive employee data and other HR information**Minimum Job Qualifications**Bachelor Degree or equivalent.Advanced English speaking and writing requiredMinimum 1 years of recruitment experience with high volume hiring requirementsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and self-manage in a deadline oriented environment with frequent interruptionsA proactive and positive approach combined with agility and a "can do" attitude.Aguascalientes Aguascalientes Mexico
