This is an exciting opportunity to develop a LATAM hub recruiting strategy for the largest pharmaceutical company in the world.Building strong partnerships with business leaders will enable a proactive approach to talent acquisition, focusing on attracting diverse top talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for partnering with regional human resource colleagues, global TA (Therapeutic Area) leaders, and the Sr. Vice President of LATAM to understand business priorities, hiring volumes, and initiatives. The manager will leverage these insights to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for the LATAM region.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:Focus on business results by identifying the talent types and specific candidates to deliver the business strategy.Educate business leaders and hiring managers to assist them in bringing talent to Lilly that can meet both current and future talent needs.Partner with Corporate Affairs to build Lilly's external brand as an employer of choice.Maintain a competitive advantage by understanding the talent marketplace and conducting competitive analyses.Identify where critical talent is located and how to attract that talent through innovative strategies.Lead, manage, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve high performance on key metrics.Identify effective digital channels and innovative technology tools to realize staffing goals.Drive strategies for the improvement of candidate experience across the region.Skills/Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of previous talent acquisition management experience required.Bachelor's degree or higher in a related area.Strategic vision, resilience, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.Successful history of engaging with leaders to understand and address business and talent acquisition needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English & Spanish required; fluency in Portuguese preferred.Desire to change the status quo.Ability to analyze data and identify key actions.Open to new sourcing techniques and marketplace interactions.Broad business perspective and understanding of business goals and culture
