Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.- Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents, and other projects as needed.**Qualifications & Experience**- Bachelor´s degree- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment- Previous experience working collectively with a team- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency- Strong written and verbal communication skills**Other Nice to Have**- Written and verbal communication skills in French highly preferred**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
