The Role

Based in our Mexico City office and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to attract and engage talent.

Your Impact
- As an AspenTech brand ambassador, attract, engage, and cultivate top talent in the market through direct and indirect sourcing.
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to determine the talent needs and specifications.
- Provide industry and market insights back to the Talent Acquisition and HR team to help continually shape our talent strategy.
- Look for additional sourcing resources and best-in-class sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent that is aligned with future hiring plans and goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team on talent trends in other markets that will help further anticipate hiring needs.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2+ years of sourcing experience.
- Experience creating Boolean search strings and use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Advanced oral and written proficiency in English language.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for direct sourcing and cold calling to identify and engage with top talent.
- Ability to drive direct sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on contingent placement firms.
- Your intellectual curiosity to learn more about talent trends, key skills for recruiting and how we optimize our talent pipelines to scale growth.
- Competitive spirit to produce results with urgency and organization to balance competing projects.
- Experience with other countries in LATAM is a plus.
