**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.- Database Management and Recruitment KPIs**Skills**:- _**English (Fluent)**_Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
