The **Talent Acquisition Specialist** is an integral role supporting recruiting functions and contributes to the overall success providing a high level of customer service, sales support and project management, throughout the recruiting process with our Clients.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the design, development and implementation of entire full-cycle recruitment process, following defined standard operational procedures and implementing best practices, using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting services.
**Educational and Work experience required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- One year of full-time experience on recruiting.
Must have experience in some other areas such as human resources, sales and/or customer service with a solid understanding of how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.
**Required SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Knowledge of Applicant Trancking Systems and Job Board
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written.
- Experience in communicating and responding in a manner, which consistently demonstrates respect, concern, and responsiveness.
- Must have organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
