**About The Role**Recruiters are one of the most important stakeholders at Ernest and our subsidiary companies,Electrik Pros and AirSmith Pros.
Our ability to quickly hire high quality tradespeople and employees has a direct and significant impact on our success as a company.
Recruiters will own the end to end recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to coordinating and hiring.
You will be the first point of contact with our business and as such, play a critical role in establishing our brand in the technician community.
