Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Mexico City, Ciudad de Mexico, MexicoJoin a dynamic, growing Americas Talent Acquisition team, based in Mexico City - supporting recruitment of 3 / 4PL warehouse professionals, and contribute to a fast growing business at KN!Your RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting KN's Contract Logistics (3 / 4PL Warehouse Management) business unit in Mexico, you will be responsible for filling vacancies with quality candidates using best-in-class TA methodologies. Reporting to the America's Contract Logistics TA leader, you will play a key part in delivering success to our customers by ensuring the warehouses we manage have strong, skilled talent.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements of a vacancy, including skills, qualifications, and experience needed.Plan and execute effective recruitment strategies accordingly.Work alongside stakeholders and hiring managers to proactively manage expectations and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit within the organization.Facilitate the offer negotiation process between candidates and the organization, while managing the offer and acceptance stages.Keep track of recruitment metrics, analyzing data, and providing reports to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.Your Skills and ExperiencesFluent in Spanish and English.Minimum four years of experience recruiting in a corporate (not agency) environment, preferably in supply chain or logistics.Experienced at managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously for diverse and complex roles - on time and with the highest quality possible.Proven success in building and cultivating excellent relationships with internal (hiring managers and HRBPs) stakeholders.Strong follow-up and consultative skills.Technology savvy and a creative mindset that is not afraid to challenge the status quo and improve the team's ability to succeed.Strong preference for experience recruiting warehouse professionals, including site managers, operations managers and supervisors, HR managers, quality managers, and IT engineers with experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Expertise in developing talent pools by engaging passive candidates.Able to handle a workload of 20 requisitions per month, and hire 5-7 candidates per month.Attention to detail, with emphasis on meeting KPIs and data management.ATS experience required.Good Reasons to JoinThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
