Talent Acquisition Specialist Jr

Full Time - On-Site (Mexico City)- In D. Catcher, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Top Forbes company.- Principle duties and tasks:_- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions, from sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering, and onboarding new hires.- Organize and participate in job fairs, assessments, and other recruitment events.- Achieve individual and team goals from execution and follow through to ensure that the work is completed accurately and on time.- Administrative support to the Recruitment team and other HR areas.- Qualifications:_- Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resources / Administration or similar required.- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Advanced English level- Experience fulfilling a high volume of positions at the same time.- Experience with several roles, especially Technical Sales positions.- Availability to travel for recruitment events and interviews.- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to different projects, new processes and learning new business areas as assigned.- Collaborate with team members to support the department with all recruitment tasks.- Experience working in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.- Benefits:_- Attractive fixed salary.- Additional performance bonus system.- A clear career path with fast promotion possibilities based on your results.- Superior Benefits.
