No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**This role is responsible of executing the end to end external recruitment process for L04 - L07 open positions for the US (PepsiCo Beverages North America / PepsiCo Foods North America, Global Groups and Functions) aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.**Your Impact**As Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of- Exectue end to end external recruitment process:- Facilitation of Hiring Manager kick-off meeting to align the process, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and profile requirements.- Trigger external posting- Collect post-interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.- Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) to generate the offer letter.
