.**Objective**Coordinates Nemak Global Mentoring Program, from technology solutions for managing partnerships to the coordination of Mentoring waves, following through the different program milestones and until closure..**Main Responsibilities**- Partners with global functional leaders to design and implement the Global Mandatory Learning Plan. Coordinate global learning campaigns's deployment and communication securing compliance and increasing learners engagement through innovative learning models.- Monitors programs' effectiveness to meet organizational needs according to Kirkpatrick Model. Tracking, reporting, and defining actions for improvement where needed. Provides Learning KPIs for different global reports.- Administration of TMS Digital External Licenses & Catalogue conduct Learning Needs Analysis, Manages agenda of Internal Content Curators, Coordinates regulars meetings with Open Content Network providers, updates catalogue, monitors and promotes use of licenses through campaigns.- Learning vendor management, budgeting control, managing contracts, NDAs, and recurrently exploring new alternatives to secure the best experience for learners with the most cost-effective solutions.- Key-user for SF Learning Management System (LMS). Partners with Business Support for continuation of the LMS Evolution Path, trains and certifies LMS admin users, implement communication campaigns to maximize adoption of LMS, pilots LMS update.- Monitors compliance of SSC HR SLA for learning processes performed by the SSC. Trains SSC HR when needed, explores additional opportunities to transfer learning processes to SSC HR.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration or Psychology career.- Experience required: Instructional Design and Learning techniques, Training Design and Execution, Leadership Development, Technology for Learning and Development, Analytics for L&D- Tech Skills: Learning models (70,20,10 / 6Ds), LMS Platform, Sharepoint and Microsoft Tools, Learning Content Creation tools (iSpring or equivalent), Supporting training tools (digital tools like Menti, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)- Social Skills: Problem Solving, Planning and time management- Consulting Skills, Learning Needs Assessment, Facilitation Skills- English proficient required- Spanish proficient desired- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
