**Jambrina Corporation **is a firm seeking an experienced accounting to perform a range of general accounting and bookkeeping support functions.Duties & Responsibilities- Research, consult and proffer resolution to all IRS notices and other tax authorities.- Manage and execute complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries.- Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.- Train and mentor associates and interns on tax projects- Review tax returns prepared by staff and make recommendations on return preparation regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities.- Review client's current tax processes to identify inefficiencies and provide enhancements to improve the client experience and reduce tax exposure.- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors through a commitment to outstanding client service.- Deliver a full range of US Tax services including tax return preparation and review, tax research, preparation of technical memorandums, drafting client correspondence, and counseling client in defending against state audits.- Research all US tax issues and develop appropriate solutions that impact clients' financial position.- Special projects and process improvement initiatives.Qualification/ Requirement:- Strong initiative- Exceptional organizational skills- Leadership Skills- Technical capability- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.- Ability to positively interact with clients and grow the firm's existing book of business.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentCOVID-19 considerations:Las personas deben utilizar máscara dentro de la oficina.**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- US Tax: 1 year (required)- Contabilidad general: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)
