.**Main Responsabilities**:- **Define and execute the strategy expansion of the Professional Services segment in the Tax vertical for North/South Latam**:- **Responsible for defining and managing TAX service offers aligned with the company's strategy, working in an integrated way with the sales team Direct management of the team of functional and integration consultants.**:- **Ensure that his delivery structure has the appropriate skills to execute service deliveries, whether through internal resources or partners.**:- **Monitoring of the main indicators of Professional Services, such as utilization, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, among others**:- **Control and management of customer billing process**:- **Address conflict resolution (client escalations and dissatisfaction)**:- **Review and approve the scope of service proposals to be offered to clients.**:- **Lead the execution of consulting services according to the best market practices, meeting high quality standards and in a profitable way**:- **Interact with internal stakeholders (eg other Professional Services teams, Product and Technology teams, etc.) on topics related to the products/offers to be implemented by the team**:- **Provide guidance to consultants regarding questions related to Tax issues and/or delivery of services/projects**:- **Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, advice and expertise Project management in parallel and with resources with partial assignments**:- **Regular communication with customers in this segment Drive innovation, simplification and digital mindset**:**Qualification**:**Education**:**Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics or in accounting or finance, supported by experience in the field.
