In this job, you will contribute to the smooth organization and execution of our daily operations to deliver live scores of over a thousand leagues across the globe. We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to lead our Live Data Production team in Mexico. As the Team Lead, Live Data Production, you will be responsible for managing a large team of FT and PT employees who are responsible for high level coverage of LATAM soccer leagues and many well known North American Sports leagues. In addition to leading local operations, you will play an integral role in improving our efforts to stimulate global partnership with several live data production teams across the world.**Responsibilities**:- Working with sports means an ever-changing landscape; you will need to be able to solve problems and help your direct reports find fitting solutions for them and their teams.- Developing talent has to be top of mind; the team is going through transition, and we expect you to create an environment where our people are comfortable learning new skills and growing within their roles.- Join stakeholders' meetings on a weekly basis to ensure local needs are aligned with global team goals. You will be expected to represent your team's wins and challenges and productively add to discussions regarding global targets.- Ensuring the quality and continuity of our 24/7 operation.- Stimulate knowledge sharing with local teams, encouraging uniformity in execution of tasks.- Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and guidance on a regular basis.- Evaluate the performance of staff and ensure we provide the right feedback so our team can be successful.- Work on strategic assignments independently or in a group setting.**Requirements/Qualifications**:- Must be a graduate in any field.- At least 2 years of experience as a People Leader.- Fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish.- Hybrid work arrangement; residence near the office is mandatory for occasional in-office work.- Flexible schedule - evening and weekend work is required.**Preferred Skills**- Confidence and ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
