The **Team Lead** is a supervisory role and makes sure team members perform their tasks in a timely and organized manner. Their responsibilities include assigning tasks, training employees, providing feedback, and implementing company procedures.We are a small business - every day there is a new challenge without a procedure. This is a very "figure it out" type of position. **If you rely on processes to know what to do, this is not the role for you.** Eventually, we create systems to make things easier, but you will be the person who creates/refines them.Experienced in Team Management, Account Management, and Digital Marketing.
