Our team is made up of thousands of the world's leading Salesforce experts.And at the Latam v-Hub team, we are creating the greatest platform to evolve and develop our professionals to be the Next Generation of Salesforce Talents!**YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities**- Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, managing their expectations and acting as the main point of contact for problems resolutions; - Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow Latam vHub practice; You will be leading a medium to a large team of consultants tasked with the delivery of projects; - Have strong People Management skills and be passionate about people development; you are supposed to actively contribute with enablement plans for individuals' career goals; - Work collaboratively and have very strong communications skills, especially promoting a collaborative environment within other teams, like Project Managers, Technical and Solution Architects; - Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform; - Ensure the success of these teams while securing the highest CSAT and business outcomes.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**- 5+ years in technical or functional architecture experience- 3+ years managing an implementation team and strong experience in following and build a team career- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Javascript is required- Strong experience in agile environment and methodologies- Strong leadership skills, being able to address team needs in all aspects- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
