**Everyday duties**
**Job duties include but are not limited to**
- Interface directly with customers to understand implementation requirements for retail POS and ERP solutions.
- Develop clear articulation of business-relevant analysis from data for all levels from executive to granular reports.
- Documentation of business, functional and integration requirements.
- Perform tasks related to configuration and implementation of retail solutions within projects.
**This role is a good fit if you bring**
- Previous experience as **Help Desk**, **Tech Support** or **Service Desk**.
- Advanced english level
- Leverage proficiency with **SQL**, **Excel **and other data tools to drive analysis.
- Familiarity with Retail POS, CRM, Sales Audit, Stock Audit, ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend retail system Architecture is a plus.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, efficient and effective.
- Willingness to dig-in and understand business processes as it relates to IT and Retail systems.
- Ability to leverage creative thinking and problem-solving skills is an absolute must.
- Experience in a retail store environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage a project plan.

- Disponibilidad de horario: 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. y 4:00 p.m. a 12:00 a.m.
- Esquema de contratación nominal
- Periodo de evaluación de 90 días
- Prestaciones de ley
- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores con cobertura en hospitales tipo B.
- Aguinaldo de 1 mes de sueldo
