Your proactive approach will drive exceptional customer experiences and help identify new opportunities for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with customers in a post-sales capacity to deliver innovative consulting and deployment services.Collect, analyze, and document post-sales requirements effectively.Proactively provide exceptional design and deployment solutions.Respond promptly to customer goals and requests.Collaborate with other BeyondID teams as necessary.Work alongside the sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.Interact with various levels of management and roles within customer organizations.Contribute to and utilize the knowledge repository of deployment best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Typically, 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting or implementation role, preferably in identity management or cybersecurity.Proficiency in identity management solutions, including hands-on experience with platforms like Okta, AWS, or similar technologies.Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security principles.Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent deployment projects in a customer-facing environment
