As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform first-level technical troubleshooting and investigation to resolve client issues.Monitor and manage service desk queues, prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure timely resolution.Develop and communicate internal processes and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.Assist in maintaining our client-facing knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Requirements1 year of customer service experience.1 year of experience in a technical support role.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to demonstrate superior service.Fluency in English, written and oral.
