**Role Summary**:This role is part of Global Technology and Engineering Center (GTEC).
The activities of this role are primarily focus on BOM Creation, Customer documentation & creation of engineering drawings.
The incumbent performs engineering activities on time in accordance with quality requirements.
**Responsabilities**:- Take ownership of engineering activities.- Collaborate with BU's and GTEC Engineers to improve the Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement.- Have strong collaboration with project team.- Follow engineering best practices and Flowserve standards.- Work with other Design Engineers to promptly investigate & resolve shop floor problems relating to design or quality issues; record & report findings, make corrections & help develop and implement permanent, cost-effective solutions.- Create engineering drawings, and other documents with the help of CAD tool.- Generates bills of material for engineered products in accordance with project specifications and design standards.- Delivery on time engineering deliverables.- Make sure that all deliverables meet with the Zero-Defect Program.- Meet with Engineering performance goals participating actively on office daily management meeting.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.- 0 - 1 years of related experience.- Computer-Assisted Design/3-Dimensional design.- Analytical, problem solving and computer skills.- Good planning, time management and organizational skills- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.- Basic English verbal and in written form.- Continuous Improvement Knowledge and experience (preferred).
