What are your contributions to the team?The Quality Agent is responsible for validating and ensuring that all Quality requirements specified by Engineering Design, Liaison, BAPS, BM, and BMS are met. This role is also key in following up on and implementing improvements to the QMS process.Participate in the creation of a Quality Culture and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).Support mechanisms that assure the conformance of products and processes according to established norms and regulations.Delivery of products and processes as per engineering requirements.Non-conformance reporting.Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).First Article Reports.Conformity Process.BSC / BOE implementation, internal standard for Bombardier.Knowledge of basic tools and equipment for measurements related to the appropriate process inspection on the shop floor.How to thrive in this role?2 years of experience as a Quality Agent is a plus.Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), SAP, NCMS, CATIA, PowerBI, Teams, and SharePoint.Bachelor's degree or College (TSU) Degree in Aeronautical, Electric, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanics Engineering.Reflect and learn from own performance.Turn mistakes into learning opportunities.Contribute to an environment conducive to generating new ideas by challenging established structures.Support brainstorming and idea-generation opportunities for product, service, or process improvements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
