This part-time role (approximately 30 hours/week) will support the distribution and supply functions in Mexico and work closely with the Mexico team to support a variety of activities.Key Accountabilities Include:**Distribution Management**Daily Activities at 3PL Partner warehouse:- Review Orders that dispatched from 3PL Partner Warehouses - KPI monitoring- Manage and monitor inventory positions at 3PL Partner Warehouses Inventory Report- Manage promo ingredient re-orders and allocations, as necessary- Review system wide inventories and make necessary business recommendations to manager to ensure uninterrupted supply- Review shortage report and take advise of corrective action needed- Follow-up on redeliveries to ensure matters were addressed- Communicate all open issues and actions plans to manager- Follow-up with manager to verify resolution to all matters**Supplier Management/Cross-functional Support**- Meet with manager to address supply chain issues; develop and implement corrective action plans
