This is a place where you can make a world of difference.Follow Us on LinkedIn:Sr. Territory Sales Manager - LATAM Territory excluding BrazilThis role is based out of our regional headquarters in Aguascalientes MEXICORole Responsibilities:- Build a strategy for gaining access to 100% of Gas Turbine operators within your territory- Utilize previous experience from technical sales to build loyal customers within the industry- Support product launch activities on new technologies being brought to the industry- Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer and by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.- Conduct regular business review meetings with the customer's management to understand their needs and link to the organization's product/service strategies.- Develop your territory's revenue and forecasting planning- Gains market information and competitive data to be used in the development of sales strategies, channel development and product portfolio content/positioning- Management of key customer metrics- Gives input to product management functions that grow market share and business profitability.- Collaboration:_- Work cross-functionally with the global team to identify new sales opportunities and products that will expand our market position and reach.- Be the voice of the Customer by understanding current needs and communicating them throughout the organization.- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders and distributors at management and senior levels.- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to propose new products to the management team
