Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop test instructions, write material to train technicians, and instructions for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:- Ensures that official procedures inside or related to his/her department comply with TS standards- Ensures that Quality, Environmental and Safety Plant procedures are follow.- Is responsible for process / technologies development & implementation including parameters and controls- Is responsible for corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance- Has continuous Communications with Lead Plants, Centers of Competence and competence networks in BOSCH, for process standardization and improvement.- Is responsible for training of personnel in his/her area.- Establish and maintain KPI's according to influence- **_ Focused on continuous improvement_**:- Follows problem solving methodologies- H**_as excellent communication at all levels, technical, administrative, commercial, customers or suppliers._****Test Process Engineer**:- Responsible to define, implement, maintain and improve the test process required for product manufacturing.- Responsible for fixtures and tools: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release and implementation on production of the test processes.- Responsible to document process parameters according to DMD, VVT, DI, etc.- Responsible to validate NPI and release products into production according to the Bosch standards.- Responsible to train technicians on test processes, machine configuration and process parameters.- For new Products launch, get the Technical package and review against Bosch Standards- Support the plant in the analysis of electrical defects in representation of the design department.- Validate Test Software and Hardware for new products, Engineering changes and Process changes according to the MFP Validation procedure.- Provide product support for line technicians, test and manufacturing engineers**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**- Education: Electronics, Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanical Engineering degree- Experience (3-5 years) as test engineer- Knowledge in electrical, and mechanical systems- Manufacturing process- Geometric dimensions and tolerance- Design CAD: Solid works, or other mechanical design SW
