.**Job Title**:Test Technician**Location/s**:Hermosillo MEX - Parque Industrial Hermosillo NortePURPOSE OF POSITIONTest LAB Technician review and perform day to day activities in Test Lab, that includes to follow the preventive and corrective maintenance of pneumatic, Electric and mechanical equipment to ensure the good function of the laboratories, find solutions to product testing challenges and perform improvements. In addition, this role shares the effort to improve testing capabilities and data collection through integration of new technologies and new test methods.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure the properly function of test equipment.- Ensure that equipment comply with testing procedure for each product.- Records data and prepares test reports.- Job requires the assembly and disassembly of outdoor tools.- Provide routine maintenance for test equipment.- Identify if the issues came from test facilities or tested tools.- Responsible of correct set up tool and correct function of test rigs before to start testing.- Follow correct FIFO of engineering projects.- Able to use outdoor tools and understand functionality, assemble and reparing.**REQUIREMENTS**:Education- Technical or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.- Ability to read, write, speak English (preferred)- PC skills - MS Word/Excel/Power Point and Internet.Experience- 1-2 years' experience in testing area, (preferred).- Experience in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanic (required), test technologies (preferred).Skills & Knowledge Required:- Ability to use standard electrical and mechanical measuring instruments.- Ability to work with verbal directions and written procedures- Good work attitude & ethic, teamwork.- GTN knowledge.- Windchill skills.- BOM interpretation.- Drawing interpretation.- PLC, Labview skills- Pneumatic and Hydraulic knowledge- Electronic Sensors Knowledge- Knowledge in:ISO 9001/ISO17025: Quality and EHS Policies.ISO 14001: Water Conservation, Segregation, Aspect & Impact, Contamination and control ground prevention, Energy conservation.OSHAS 18001: Hazardous & Risk Matrix, Emergency Evacuation Plan, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazardous substances (Use and handling); Signal and color codes.**We Don't Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.**Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
