At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next: **Talent Management Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**This role is accountable of creating and leading the execution of the Development agenda for Executives in LATAM. Especifically, this role will be responsible of:- Designing and supporting the development strategy for the LATAM ExComm, including the execution of 3 Offsites per year, as well as collaborating with local SDTs to support a standardized development agenda for OU´s ExComms.- Designing and creating the strategy to boost LATAM´s executives development (LG1+) through more personalized development plans and tools.- Leads Mentoring and Coaching processes for LATAM- Connecting dots between the different Asssesments and People Planning processess to generate and propose new ways of leveraging the avaible data to create a more holistic view of the Talent Development agenda.- Leading the High Performance Teams agenda, through Super5 methodology, to accelerate team´s development across the sector. Developing and managing trainings, as well as the Super5 champions community across LATAM
