.Eaton's VEH NAT North America Truck division is currently seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**The major role is to Ensure the effective Annex 24 & 31 of Maquila program management, avoiding Customs and Fiscal risks for Eaton, including material, information and technology (Vastera Software).Responsible for maintaining compliance documents to reflect current regulatory requirements and procedures to monitor all the obligations to keep certifications such Maquila VAT Certification, and all Trade Certifications**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**a) Responsible for special operations (V1 / V5).B) Ensure the data integrity of Trade Compliance processes, including activities such as: Inventory reconciliation between Annex 24 and ERP Oracle, i,e. Cognos, Shiping, Receiving, Invoicing reports, etc., analyzing: cycle counts, receiving discrepancies, Inventory adjustments, company losses, Perpetual Inventories, company Sales.C) Fixed Asset reconciliation finance master file against Annex 24 inventory control.D) Upload reports and all documentation related the Annex 24 & 31 in the VAT webpage OneSource.E) Make sure that all adjustments in annex 24 by Customs Operations such as A3 or F4 are performed and paid on time.F) Comply with all recordkeeping requirements of operations performed.G) Support to ensure the full compliance with New Customs Regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications USA/ Mexico, Free trade agreements, etc.H) Monitor the import/export of raw materials, finished goods, equipment, scrap, non-productive material, excess and obsolete (E&O) operation on a monthly basis.I) Develop strategic plans or projects to avoid customs risk or improve the Import-Export & Trade compliance process.J) Achieve metrics and goals related to Trade Compliancek) Record Keeping of Operations & Legal trade documentsl) Support internal & external customs audits, i.E. SAT, CBP, Peer Reviews, Customs firms, Quality Systems, etc.M) Comply with all Eaton Training program.N) Supporting all Eaton Certifications as: OEA, CTPAT, MESH, Industria Limpia, etc.O) Promotes the company's mission by actively supporting Eaton's safety and values as well as quality policiesLI-MG1**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**A. Degree qualification in foreign trade or related disciplineB. 2 years in Foreign Trade Inventory Control or in a manufacturing environment, automotive preferred.C.
