The role aids in deploying trade compliance strategies across business units and maintains accurate compliance records. The role contributes proactively through research, data analysis, and knowledge sharing, independently resolving issues while adhering to company policies.**Responsibilities**- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation with moderate direction/supervision.- Verifies procedures against documentation and data evidence.- Completes assessment paperwork by documenting assessment tests and findings with moderate direction/supervision.- Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing assessment questionnaires with moderate direction/supervision.- Maintains internal control systems by updating assessment programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures.- Communicates assessment findings by preparing and discussing audit findings- Communicate assessment results through the preparation and presentation of a final report.- Follow up on assessment findings and recommendations.- Participates in providing guidance to business units and global functions on trade compliance requirements.- Supports deployment of trade compliance strategies, policies and procedures in business units and global functions.- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Maintains organized and up-to-date compliance-related records.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Law, Business Administration, International Tradeor any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Advanced English Level- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in trade compliance, customs / global trade, internal audit or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionWe are reinventing the standard for diversity, equity, and inclusion — in how we operate as a company and impact society.
