If so, lets talk.**Your Role and Responsibilities**Responsible for the overall program management of the following programs:- IMMEX (AAA) (with certification into CIVA/SECIIT)- PROSEC- AGARO- Operadores Economicos Autorizados (OEA)/Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)- Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Trade Compliance- BASC- Strategic Trade Partnership, and others. These programs address compliance and supply chain security.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- External Commerce or International Business Bachelor Degree- Fluent in English- At least 5 years of experience in International Trade and Customs- At least 5 years of experience in Mexican external commerce certifications and promotion programs (IMMEX, CIVA, AGARO, OEA, etc.)- Expirience in the administration of Anexx 24 and Anexx 30- Expirience managing interdisciplinary teams**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**- Project Management education desirable- Master degree desirable**About Business Unit**The IBM Finance organization is responsible for driving enterprise performance and transformation.
