**Responsabilities**:
- Assist in US Customs activities.
- Manage Free Trade Agreement qualification analysis and documentation.
- Management of the Annex 24 system.
- Assist with Supply Chain Security Programs (C-TPAT/AEO) activities.
- Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
- Enforce plans and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
- Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support and activities.
- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in import/export activity and procedures.
- Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results, and recommendations relating to import/export activities.
- Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
- Monitor Oracle system related with Import-Export inventory systems. Report variance and improve as required.
- Maintain personal ability in, and appropriate use of, all relevant ICT (Information & Communications Technology) and other systems within the import/export function.
**Requirements**:
- Experience on US Customs
- Experience on IMMEX, PROSEC and Rule 8th
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Import and Export laws, government reporting, supply chain security regulations, tariff codes and customs software.
- Ability to work in a large, global corporate structure
- Self-starter and ability to solve problems take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and strong commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak). 80%+
- Good understanding of country-of-origin regulations, HTS classification procedures and good database (PSI, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.) skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- This position requires a four-year degree in International Commerce or related field as minimum.
- 3-5 years of experience.
