As Traffic & Logistics Analyst you will be Responsible for providing top quality logistics services, working cross-functionally across the supply chain organization to improve operational functions for the Lear Corporation Import/Export functions. Deliver consistent value and dependability to all our customers, while gaining a reputation respected for logistics excellence within the automotive industry. Adhere to the Lear Leadership Model behaviors while achieving best-in-class logistics excellence.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE: • Coordinate and monitor International Supply Chain functions
• Recommend modes of transportation, routes, equipment, and frequency.
• Establish and track the supply chain based on route performance
• Supply chain planning and implementation to achieve production and savings goals
• Implementation of routes established by customers and maintaining reports of them
• Use Logistics Electronic Systems to Optimize Supply Chain Processes
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and distribution centers
• Solve problems of transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, or problems of delivery of material to the customer
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related 2+ years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector
