Provides coaching and feedback to promote learner retention and transfer of knowledge. Utilizes training technology to effectively mentor and motivate learners.- Responsible for leading and facilitating the training curriculum of F2F, TMK and Online classroom and/or agency), providing support during their learning curve within American Express.- The Coach is also responsible for providing efficient training sessions and working in conjunction with Sales Areas to achieve objectives.- Ability to design a wide variety of material and content in a fully executable program, activity, or learning event.- Responsible for training for sales areas.- The key responsibility to manage the performance of learners to achieve predefined performance goals- Identify gaps between existing and required performance.- Analyze the causes and factors that limit performance and implement learning solutions that focus on results.- Responsible for making recommendations on executive progress in terms of overall performance and job adjustment.- Keep abreast of trends and development in adult education, e-learning and technology-supported training.- Responsible for leading on-the-job training.- Perform excellent analysis of key performance data to establish realistic training plans and objectives for executives.- Provides floor-level support to production sales executives as part of the new hire process.- Work with the Leadership Line, evaluating the effectiveness of training delivery on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for improvement.- Identify necessary revisions to training materials and ensure that everything is kept up to date and aligned with policies
