Training Coordinator

Your Role & ResponsibilitiesElaboration of the detection of training needs in conjunction with the manager of each area.Elaboration and follow-up of training plans.Measurement of training effectiveness.Update the training needs detection according to the requirements of the job description.Specific customer requirements or what the quality system requires in case of updating.Establish the procedure for the detection of training needs.Follow up on training plans for operational, employee, and management personnel.Elaboration of administrative procedures for the payment of scholarships and school support to personnel.Follow-up and administration of the category evaluation system.Elaboration and administration of the mixed training commission.Coordinates the work plans of internal instructors for the achievement and delivery of internal and external training courses.Your Skills & StrengthsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or similar.4+ years experience in a similar position.English fluency.Knowledge of ISO-14001 / IATF 16949 standard and Training Plans.Analysis and problem solving.Team player & Leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
