The thyssenkrupp Business Unit Dynamic Components is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Responsibilities Coordinates the induction of new employees, follows up on the attendance of new employees and instructors, their training, the appropriate documentation, and ensures that all criteria established in local and corporate procedures related to this process are met. Coordinates the training process by identifying needs at the individual level or in strategic areas; prepares and makes necessary adjustments to the Annual Training Plan, is responsible for budgeting, evaluating its effectiveness, and maintaining appropriate evidence and documentation in accordance with related local and corporate processes. Coordinates, manages, and supports the launch, preparation, implementation, and follow-up of e-learning systems established by the group or acquired locally as part of employee training, maintains appropriate databases, records, and documentation for optimal performance. Follows up on policies and guidelines based on ISO IATF:16949, and Quality standards, ISO 14001 and Environmental standards, ISO 45001 and Safety standards. Coordinates and is the direct contact for people or groups from other locations who visit the plant for training purposes, creating and following up on plans that meet their objectives and following up on the progress of the areas and people who act as trainers. Qualifications More than 5 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced English. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree or diploma in training (Desirable). Knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / IATF16949.
