With our manufacturing and automation expertise, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility.**Qué esperamos**:- Coordinates the induction of new employees- Coordinates the training process, identifying needs at an individual level or in strategic areas.- Develops the Annual Training Plan, and manages effectiveness evaluations.- Maintains appropriate evidence and documentation in accordance with local and corporate processes.- Coordinates, manages and supports the launch, preparation, implementation and follow-up of e-learning systems established by the group.- Follows up on policies and guidelines based on ISO IATF:16949, and Quality standards, ISO 14001 and Environmental standards, ISO 45001 and Safety standards.- Manage that the certification system of the team members/operators (training) and manages that it is properly complied with.- Comply with labor legislation regarding training.**A quién buscamos**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry purchasing process.- Minimum 2 years experience in personnel management (desirable).- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.- Advanced English capable of conducting a business conversation.- Documentation and process mapping.- Risk analysis.- Project management.- IATF: 16949 and ISO: 14001 audits- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or similar.*** Tus beneficios con nosotros**- The opportunity to contribute to the business success of the Dynamic Components Group and the thyssenkrupp Group in a responsible position- Excellent training and development opportunities within the business unit and the Group as well as various talent programs**Contacto**:Recruitment team
