Training Coordinator (Valle Bonito)

**Lead player in pool and spa industry is looking for Training Coordinator**:**Responsabilities**:- Establishes and executes the annual training plan for the site.- Coordinates the employees training plan thru the production trainers.- Documents and tracks employee performance.- Maintains training schedules and registration of all employees trained.- Interacts and communicates with production trainers.- Documents and tracks employee performance.- Maintains training schedules and registration of all employees trained.- Interacts and communicates with production and support groups to ensure that training and development needs are met in time.- Participate in the development and maintenance of standard working procedures for production processes.- Evaluate employee skills and determines whether additional training is needed.- Provides training requirements as needed (induction process).**Requirements**:- 3 years of experience in a similar position- Communication skills- Bachelor´s degree- Bilingual (English - Spanish)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 al díaHorario:- Diurno
