Designs and provides adequate training programs. Works jointly with all the groups within the plant to evaluate the areas where there could be gaps in the performance related to the compliance in order to develop and recommend corrective measures. Directly supervises the activities of the training Group Leaders and coordinates the activities of the trainers. If CSS Position: This position will have responsibilities across ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Companies Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies) including a span of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and NonSurgical Aesthetics.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: Evaluates the needs the plant has and performs task analysis as support to the development of compliance training programs, technical areas and systems (Invested time 35%). Works jointly with the departments of the plant for the development of a training program that covers all the compliance requirements for each position (Invested time 15%). Researches the requirements imposed by law. Develops and maintains an inventory program to support the needs of the plant (15%). Develops measures and periodically prepare reports for management.
