Responsibilities:- Drive strategies for the development and delivery of training material for all internal and external lines of business. Establish plans and schedules in order to adequately meet training needs. Generate a condition of continuous audit and improvement for self-assessment and improvement of all training material. Evaluate and approve materials developed by the training team. Plan teaching strategies to ensure effective course development. Choose the most appropriate training methods according to the needs of the departments in operations. Select team of trainers and Supervisor as well as Content Developers to generate, maintain and deliver training content to all levels. Provide timely follow up to the training team on their deliverables, as well as content development, being ultimately responsible for department results. Evaluate the performance of the instructors and conduct one-on-one sessions with the instructors in order to improve areas of opportunity in their performance. What are we looking for?
