If you are seeking a career that is challenging and rewarding, a work environment that is diverse and dynamic, look no further — Haemonetics is your employer of choice.Job DetailsEnter Responsibilities/Essential DutiesAssists or leads, as requested, special projects for Haemonetics.Delivers general employee-related training, such as New Employee Orientation, Harassment, Good Manufacturing Practices, Ethics, etc.Develops and maintains accurate and organized employee training records to assure compliance with regulatory and certifying requirements, both electronically and in paper files.Ensures that training requirements are met with regard to regulatory and certification standards.Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.Ensures legal training requirements are fulfilled.Manages attendance of employees to outside training resources.Leads, participates, and contributes to meetings with employees, supervisors and managers, teams, and other departments.Organizes and develops training manuals, reference tools, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.Prepares and maintains training-related policies and procedures to comply with regulatory and certification requirements.Prepares reports and analyses of employee training requirements and training records.Researches and selects outside consultants and trainers to conduct training on specific topics.Responsible for ensuring employees throughout the company are trained in accordance with established standards and as needs occur.Training records are maintained accurately and up to date.Trains assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training, such as on-the-job training, health and safety practices, employee and leadership development, and adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.Works with the Human Resources staff, other staff functions, management, and the workforce to ensure effective training programs.Coordinates and supervises trainers and training coordinates for daily activities related to training, certifications,LI-JC1- EEO Policy Statement
