Training Supervisor

Main activities:- Perform training observations to identify areas of opportunity of training material and/or trainers- Coordinate training resources such as trainers, training rooms, headsets, cameras, etc. to comply with the needs of the company- Create and execute development plans and timelines for trainers and trainees as required- Have critical conversations with trainers and trainees as needed- Support during the implementation of new projects- Approve presentations, manuals, content, eLearnings and any training material in general after assessing its effectiveness and relevancy- Take action on retaining efforts and support in company's retention strategiesJob profile:- University or college- Bilingual- Computer knowledge: windows office, word, excel, power point and social media.- Special knowledge: Learning methodology, measurement of learning effectiveness and action planning- 1-3 years of experience in learning, training or related fieldsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $35,100.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Servicio de comedorTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Vives en Tijuana?
