**Descripción y Requisitos***:Training Supervisor TWI**

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the site in pursuit of Manufacturing Excellence through the implementation of the Integer Production System. This role will focus on Manufacturing Training and Certification program. MTC is focused on developing excellence in frontline training. Responsibilities include facilitating Train the Trainer courses built on the Training within Industry Job Instruction approach, support manufacturing areas through constructing JBS and improving the process. Assure that the MTC program is followed on manufacturing areas and training practices with JBS. Perform 60% of assignment within office area, and 40% of assignment inside a clean room.

**Experience**:

- Experience on Medical Industrial in driving continuous improvement
- Familiar with ISO 13485, CMDR, JPAL, 21 CFR 820, GMP and manufacture of medical devices.
- Train the trainers
- Preferably three years supervisor experience managing training support personnel
- Preferred experience in as a TWI Job Instruction Course Leader
- Familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Lean topics

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

**Language**

English advanced level.
