At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Main Purpose**Translate business strategy into business transformation and ensures the definition of how business processes should be managed and performed to deliver defined business results.Bring value for the business though driving the Strategic & Transformational Business Agenda and optimizing key Business Processes to help achieve challenging but attainable transformation and to leverage decision making.Support the execution of projects to generate growth, securing a solid balance between transformation and performance without business disruption; enabling capabilities through programs; implementing the strategy into action plans, managing the organization and operating model with a holistic view, and integrating end-to-end value.**Main responsibilities**:Project Management:- Support the execution of the projects assigned, by driving the business transformation.- Comply with the Process Management, by coordinating the steps in the project life cycle.- Execute projects, by coordinating the design and strategy definition, facilitating a comprehensive project planning, and ensuring a successful deployment of the program.- Ensure control & monitoring during the whole project, by following up on program status and key performance indicators.- Promote the participation and effective communication of all the areas involved, by aligning and coordinating cross-functional teams
