**What your background should look like**:**Responsibilities**:- Gather data and provide freight reports to track inbound and outbound standard and premium spend by region, site, carrier, lane and service type to give the team the ability to find opportunities to improve freight costs.- Develop, implement and manage logistics solutions with the goal of creating a leaner supply chain.- Work with various departments such as business development, field support and customer service, to handle complaints and ensure support plans are established to preserve long-term relationships with customers.**Qualifications**:- Knowledge of CTPAT- Advanced knowledge on analytics and administrative tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)- Understanding of key performance metrics.- Verifiable change agent and facilitator with excellent problem-solving skills and leadership.- Proven ability to work in teams with strong initiative to win.- Excellent oral and written communication and influential skills.- Motivated self-starter will have to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with multiple departments utilizing excellent interpersonal skills.- Able to demonstrate TE's core values, should always strive to act in an ethical and respectful manner.- Strong experience in implementation and management of programs / projects with a winning record.**Education**:BS/BA degree required; International trade/business or related.**Experience**: Five years in Customs & Logistics related supervisor/coordinator role.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
