Our comprehensive HR platform not only streamlines and automates the H-2A program, but helps agribusiness seamlessly integrate their efforts across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing workers access to financial services for the first time!Seso has raised over $50M from Tier I investors including Index, Founders Fund, NfX and BOND, and has been recognized with awards like Forbes Rising Stars and Andreesen Horowitzs', American Dynamism 50.**About the role**:**You will be supporting the travel logistics team that coordinates transport, lodging, and food for thousands of farmworkers in Mexico and Central America** to temporarily and safely migrate to the U.S. to get life-changing opportunities.Reporting to the Operations Lead** **and working alongside the **Mexico Consular / BOTG Coordinator, Consular Appointments Coordinator, and our Finance AP/AR Liaison** in continuously improving Seso's operative plan as our Engineering team continues to roll out our world-class tech tools**What you will do**:- Support project execution using task management tools and frameworks; activities include client communication and coordinating third-party partners- Identifying process improvement opportunities so the company can build systems, tech, and automation around it- Be called in for occasional bug bashing and tech testing sessions. Take on a significant role in providing feedback for Product Managers and Lead Engineers.**Responsibilities**:**Planning and Budgeting**- Clearly understand details from a set of clients and provide them with viable options based on their needs, preferences, budget, and expectations.- Offer expert advice on routes, transportation modes, and additional services.- Optimize for the best use of resources (i.E. bus capacity utilization), balancing with a high-quality experience for workers.- Manage markup and discount models to improve profit, while maintaining competitive prices.**Logistics execution**- Support with coordination of multiple suppliers involved in each contract to make sure workers receive their services as expected.- Manage all aspects of booking and travel documentation, including itineraries, room lists, and tickets. Ensure that all travel arrangements meet legal and travel policy requirements.- Constant real-time monitoring of each supplier to ensure on-time delivery
