The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process.Main Responsibilities:Coordinates the Mexican Audit report on Contributions to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and the housing fund institutions for workers (INFONAVIT).Performs various accounting records related to payroll and employee benefits that require knowledge of the Business Unit, Company policy or accounting theory.Performs account reconciliations, gathers, reviews and analyzes information, and makes necessary corrections or adjustments.Responsible for preparing and submitting information to the IMSS (social security) and other institutions related to employees, and is responsible for proper compliance with these institutions.Prepares various monthly and annual reports.Coordinates the information provided to the actuary for the calculation of pension plans.
