Ui/Ux Designer

**We are looking for UI/UX Designer****What we need?**- Passionate about helping small businesses and startups. An entrepreneurial spirit is desired, someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities (your compensation/profit sharing will be structured accordingly).- Frequent communicator and motivated to grow and learn.- Previous experience creating components and design systems within Adobe Xd or other similar systems to create efficient wireframes.- Knowledge of Adobe Xd shortcuts to work efficiently and effectively.- Clean design eye - the ability to create beautiful and practical interfaces.- In-depth knowledge of Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator- Preferred but not required: Can speak English conversationally. The ability tounderstand english is preferred (it is not required to be fluent conversationally in spanish, as others on the team will typically handle conversations with the client in english).**Responsibilities**- Creating of design systems and re-usable components to be re-used to work cna be done efficiently.- Designing and creating logos, icons, and graphics using Adobe Illustrator.- Providing full documentation to the development team of all assets, colors, and styling of the designed work.
