Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.- Monitor and maintain system/server configuration.- Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure maximum interoperability between KBSC Unified Communications and external UC resources.- Monitors system performance and takes corrective actions when required.- Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability- Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.- Skill in securing network communications.- Ensures all communications between servers, local and remote sites, and clients are fully operational.- Responsible for supporting on-site system testing to insure interoperability solutions between US, Korean, Japan, and other coalition systems- Provides 12 hour coverage during exercise periods to include working shifts when required to include night shift.- Demonstrate a keen understanding of the importance of the need for exceptional customer-contractor relationships.- Maintains 100% equipment accountability.
