The primary task is calling previous and current customers for:

- Current customers to come back for routine maintenance
- Car Owners with an outstanding part recall
- Follow-ups on customers that recently had their car serviced
- Online inquiry regarding a vehicle on the dealership's website
Previous experience in outbound calling or appt setting is required.
Knowledge of automotive dealerships is preferred but not required.
Primary Tasks:

- Ability to use Internal CRM to manage the lead process.
Pay is bi-weekly thru VEEM with the initial offer of 115-125 MXN/ hour
